Turkey Gravy

Incredients

  • Juice from a cooked turkey
  • ½ cup extra fine flour
  • ½ cup water
  • Chicken stock (if needed)

Directions

  1. Mix a slurry of flour and water
  2. Bring the juice to a boil (if not enough, add chicken stock)
  3. Slowly add slurry to thicken (you may not need all the slurry)
  4. It is ready when it coats the back of a spoon
