Pumpkin Pie

Incredients

  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked deep-dish pie crust
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 2 large eggs
  • 15 oz Libby's Pure Pumpkin
  • 12 oz evaporated milk

Directions

  1. Mix everything together well (except pie crust).
  2. Lay out pie crust in pie pan
  3. Add mix into the pie pan
  4. Bake at 425° F for 15 minutes
  5. Lower the temperature to 350° F
  6. Bake for another 40 to 50 minutes (until set).
  7. Cool completely.
