Japanese Apple Curry

Incredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pound sweet potatoes (cubed)
  • 2 medium Fuji apples (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 2½ cups water
  • 1 package Golden Curry Sauce Mix

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sweet potatoes and saute for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the apples and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the water and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Break the curry block into pieces and add to the skillet.
  7. Stir well until the curry has completely dissolved.
  8. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  9. Serve over rice or eat as is!
