Pork Fried Rice

Incredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cold cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tsp seseame oil

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 4 eggs and gently scramble until softly set.
  3. Take eggs out of wok and put aside.
  4. Add pork, salt, and pepper to the pan.
  5. Cook thoroughly (about 5 minutes), breaking up the pork into small chunks.
  6. Add remaining vegetable oil and let is heat up for about 30 seconds.
  7. Add in the rice, peace and carrots, and soy sauce/tamari.
  8. Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes, then add the eggs.
  9. Remove the wok from heat and stir in the sesame oil.
