Spanish Rice

Incredients

  • 1 cup of white rice
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp spanish rice seasoning

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in pan over medium high heat
  2. Add rice and saute until rice begins to discolor
  3. Add tomato sauce, water, and spanish rice seasoning
  4. Bring to boil
  5. Reduce to meium low (enough to simmer) and cover
  6. Cook for 25 minutes
  7. Stir and eat
