Incredients
1 pounds ground beef (or any ground meat)
1 packages spaghetti seasoning (Lawry's preferred)
16 oz tomato sauce
1 package dried lasagna noodles
1 pound mild cheddar cheese
1 pound mozzarella (shredded)
1 pound provolone cheese (shredded)
½ pound parmesan cheese (shredded)
Directions
For the noodles
Bring a largo pot of salted water to boil
Cook the lasagna noodles per box instructions
Drain the noodles and layer in towels to dry
For the sauce
Brown the meat in a large pot (I use the same one I used for the noodles)
Add the tomato sauce and spaghetti seasoning, stirring thoroughly
Simmer over medium low for 10 minutes
Assembly
Layer of sauce
Layer of mild cheddar cheese
Layer of mozzarella cheese
Layer of provolone cheese
Every other layer, do a layer of parmesan cheese
Repeat until the pan is full or you are out of ingredients
Cooking
Cover in aluminum foil
Bake in a 350° F oven for 40 minutes
Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes
