Lasagna

Incredients

  • 1 pounds ground beef (or any ground meat)
  • 1 packages spaghetti seasoning (Lawry's preferred)
  • 16 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 package dried lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound mozzarella (shredded)
  • 1 pound provolone cheese (shredded)
  • ½ pound parmesan cheese (shredded)

Directions

  1. For the noodles
    • Bring a largo pot of salted water to boil
    • Cook the lasagna noodles per box instructions
    • Drain the noodles and layer in towels to dry
  2. For the sauce
    • Brown the meat in a large pot (I use the same one I used for the noodles)
    • Add the tomato sauce and spaghetti seasoning, stirring thoroughly
    • Simmer over medium low for 10 minutes
  3. Assembly
    • Layer of sauce
    • Layer of mild cheddar cheese
    • Layer of mozzarella cheese
    • Layer of provolone cheese
    • Every other layer, do a layer of parmesan cheese
    • Repeat until the pan is full or you are out of ingredients
  4. Cooking
    • Cover in aluminum foil
    • Bake in a 350° F oven for 40 minutes
    • Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes
