Salty and Savory Jerky

Incredients

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp worchestshire sauce
  • 2 tsp coarsely-ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp onion poweder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • ½ tsp garlic power

Directions

  1. Combine all non-meat ingredients in a bowl and whisk together thoroughly
  2. Thinkly slice flank steak into 1/8 in thick strips
  3. Place all strips into a large baggie
  4. Pour sauce into baggie, tossing it around to coat the meat
  5. Let is marinate in the fridge for at least 24 hours
  6. Place in dehydrator and let cook for 2 hours
