Deviled Eggs

  • 2 dozen eggs
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp mustard
  • Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then transfer to an ice bath
  2. Peel the eggs and cut long ways
  3. Transfer the yolks into a bowl and the whites onto a tray
  4. Mash the yolks, then add the mayo and mustard (mix thoroughly)
  5. Pipe the mixture into the egg halves
