2 cups brown sugar (packed)
1-2 tbsp mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Score in a diamond pattern.
Place a whole clove in each cross.
Bake 15 minutes per pound (covered with foil) on a wire rack with 1 cup of water in bottom of pan.
30 minutes before cooking time is up mix 2 cups of brown sugar and 1 tbsp mustard until a loose ribbon consistency (add more mustard if needed).
Brush over entire ham (not the bottom).
Return to oven (uncovered) and finish baking.
Remove cloves before serving
