Ham

Incredients

  • 1 whole ham
  • Whole cloves
  • 2 cups brown sugar (packed)
  • 1-2 tbsp mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Score in a diamond pattern.
  3. Place a whole clove in each cross.
  4. Bake 15 minutes per pound (covered with foil) on a wire rack with 1 cup of water in bottom of pan.
  5. 30 minutes before cooking time is up mix 2 cups of brown sugar and 1 tbsp mustard until a loose ribbon consistency (add more mustard if needed).
  6. Brush over entire ham (not the bottom).
  7. Return to oven (uncovered) and finish baking.
  8. Remove cloves before serving
