Roasted Potatoes

Incredients

  • 2 lbs. potatoes (red or yellow preferred)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried herbs (rosemary, parsley, thyme, basicl, etc.)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Scrub potatoes (do not peel) and cut into 1" cubes
  2. Soak in cold water for up to an hour
  3. Toss everything together
  4. Bake in oven at 425°F for 0-35 minutes
